Thanks to Sascha Manns, Association Subscribers Manager is now available as OpenSUSE packages for i586 and x86_64 architectures. Packages are available here together with the 1-Click install link.
If you already have the KDE 4.2 Community factory installed in your YaST you should be able to install Association Subscribers Manager directly with YaST.

The OpenSUSE packaging team also contributed 2 patches which will be integrated upstream.
